2. Non-Returnable Items
All food items purchased through La Texanita’s
online store are non-returnable. Due to the perishable nature of our
products, we cannot accept returns once the food has been delivered or picked
up. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.
3. Refunds
Refunds are subject to La Texanita Mexican Restaurant’s sole discretion
and will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as:
- Incorrect items
delivered
- Food quality
issues (verified at the time of receipt)
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
La Texanita reserves the right to assess the situation and decide whether a
refund is warranted. Any decisions regarding refunds are final.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to the preparation of the food. Once
preparation begins, the order is non-cancellable, and no refunds will be

5. Delivery Service
La Texanita Mexican Restaurant partners with third-party delivery
services such as Doordash to fulfill delivery
orders. While we strive to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, La
Texanita is not responsible for any delivery-related issues once the food
has left our premises. Any concerns regarding delivery times, conditions of the
food upon arrival, or other delivery-related problems should be directed to the
delivery partner. La Texanita cannot accept claims or provide refunds for issues
related to delivery service.
6. Allergy and Dietary Information
La Texanita Mexican Restaurant is not responsible for any allergic
reactions or dietary restrictions that are not disclosed at the time of order.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your
order.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
La Texanita Mexican Restaurant reserves the right to modify these Terms
